My name is Ayden Monroe — but most people know me as Ace. That nickname started when I was younger and it stuck, because it represents exactly how I move: always pushing to be number one, no matter the category, no matter the circumstances. That same mindset is the foundation this company was built on.
I started A.C.E at 16 years old. I already owned two other businesses at the time, so I wasn't just theorizing about entrepreneurship — I was living it. I knew firsthand what it felt like to run operations, manage responsibilities, and build something from nothing.
I created this agency because I kept seeing the same problem in South Bend: either the service was great and the price was outrageous, or the price was fair and the quality wasn't there. I built A.C.E to be the middle ground — high quality work at pricing that actually makes sense for local business owners.
I also know what it's like to not be taken seriously because of your age. That's part of why I do this — to prove that age doesn't define capability. If you're a young person with a vision and a willingness to work, I want my story to be proof that it's possible.
